We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Support Team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing and solving customer issues through various communication channels.

About the opportunity:

Our Support Team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, Slack, and Skype
  • Collaborate with other online platform representatives to resolve customer issues
  • Assist customers with API integration to our payment gateway
  • Identify and document bugs and features
  • Handle correspondence with merchants and third-party vendors
  • Perform manual QA of integrations with our partners

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical/customer support
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for troubleshooting and constant self-learning
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new features and innovations
  • Willingness to learn and initiate
  • Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, Zoom, Slack, and Trello
