Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Support Team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing and solving customer issues through various communication channels.
About the opportunity:
Our Support Team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, Slack, and Skype
- Collaborate with other online platform representatives to resolve customer issues
- Assist customers with API integration to our payment gateway
- Identify and document bugs and features
- Handle correspondence with merchants and third-party vendors
- Perform manual QA of integrations with our partners
Requirements:
- Experience in technical/customer support
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Passion for troubleshooting and constant self-learning
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new features and innovations
- Willingness to learn and initiate
- Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, Zoom, Slack, and Trello
