Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement and Inventory Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of raw materials and ingredients. You will also work with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, adherence to quality standards, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Production & Inventory Coordination: Develop schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and ingredients.
• Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, adherence to quality standards, and issue resolution.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records for inbound shipments and local blending, and verify logistics invoices.
• Reporting & Audits: Conduct stock reconciliation, bi-annual stock takes, monthly cycle counts, and generate OTIF reports.
• Supplier & Logistics Management: Implement Service Level Agreements with toll manufacturers, transporters, and warehouses.
• Operational Execution: Manage ERP transactions for production, shipments, stock movements, and labeling requirements.
