As a Senior Sales Manager for Cloud Applications, you will play a vital role in connecting Oracle's cloud solutions with businesses seeking to evolve and grow. Your expertise will help clients achieve increased agility, insightful decision-making, greater productivity, and lower costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects
  • Lead account planning, including strategy, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, engaging Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Consulting, Advisory, and Partner resources
  • Define ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX value propositions and drive sales and marketing campaigns
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Oracle Cloud Applications offerings
  • Pipeline development through phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Create and maintain a sustainable, predictable, and repeatable sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals consistently
  • Engage with C-level prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
  • Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of tenure in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of consistent closings
  • Ability to offer unique perspectives by reframing and challenging customer views of their business
  • Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value propositions and teaching to customer pain points
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer businesses and discuss issues from multiple angles
  • Understanding of the decision-making process and ability to influence key decision-makers
  • Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies
  • C-level verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience closing deals with financial heads or supply chain leaders or similar business leaders
  • A go-getter, challenger mindset focused on execution
