Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal professional with expertise in commercial contract structuring, drafting and negotiation. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results while working closely with multiple business units to advise on a wide range of legal matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with partners and suppliers;
  • Understanding the real risks to the business and providing practical advice to teams;
  • Liaising with external counsel where required;
  • Advising on legal rights and duties of subsidiary companies and their directors.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 7-8 years of previous firm or in-house experience in APAC;
  • Proven experience with commercial contract structuring, drafting and negotiation;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
