Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance on complex legal and compliance matters.

This role will involve leading and managing multiple jurisdictions, ensuring robust compliance frameworks, and providing proactive legal support to cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to assess and manage risk while enabling business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments in key markets (U.S. and Europe).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
  • At least 5-8 years of progressive legal experience.
  • Strong knowledge in compliance.
  • Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
