Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of issues including contract law, intellectual property law, corporate governance, criminal law, employment law, family law, and regulatory matters.

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on complex issues and develop effective solutions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the prosecution of various statutory offences under relevant legislation and handle legal issues relating to enforcement and investigations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of new policies and advise on required legislation changes and draft/propose amendments.
  • Draft, review, and provide legal advice on a range of contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), terms & conditions, and other documents.
  • Deliver educational legal talks and support innovative legal projects.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Law degree and be qualified under the Legal Profession Act.
  • At least 1-2 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in private practice and/or in-house.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to write clearly and reason compellingly.
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Prosecution experience preferred but not necessary, as relevant training will be provided.
