Senior Legal Advisor

The role of Senior Legal Advisor is a critical position within our organization, requiring an experienced professional to provide strategic legal advice on corporate, commercial, and operational matters. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance by monitoring changes in legislation and regulatory requirements. This includes identifying and mitigating legal risks across all business operations, overseeing litigation and dispute resolution processes, and developing and implementing compliance programs to uphold legal and regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic legal advice to the leadership team
- Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across all business operations
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Develop and implement compliance programs
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 10-15 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Strong intellect, judgment, leadership style, and ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting demands, and capacity to build relationships with key clients, co-workers, and business partners
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Training at a reputable firm or major corporate legal department
- Experience within life sciences and/or healthcare
