Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business units to identify, analyze and mitigate legal risks associated with various operations or documentation.
  • Assist with strategic expansion efforts from a legal perspective.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review, draft and negotiate commercial and internal agreements including vendor contracts, client agreements, partnership agreements, new product contracts, employee performance contracts and intra-company service agreements.
  • Work with Risk teams to interpret regulatory changes and address inquiries from regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes and manage litigation matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years in a legal capacity within the financial services industry.
