Job Title: Senior Legal Expert

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Expert.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Singapore law and regulations, with the ability to provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal guidance: advising business departments, managing directors, traders, and other stakeholders on drafting legal opinions, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, and developing standard terms and conditions.
  • Lead M&A activities: coordinating the legal assistance on business development activities, including establishment of new joint ventures, divestments, acquisitions of shares or assets, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Corporate Secretarial: overseeing incorporation of companies, corporate secretarial, business registration, and renewal matters, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws on corporate secretarial matters.
  • Regulatory: drafting, reviewing, and evaluating internal policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
