Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship-building, client engagement, and innovative solutions.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive quality business referrals and collaborations.
  • Conducting thorough financial assessments and credit evaluations of SME clients to inform loan decisions and ensure timely support and documentation.
  • Structuring, negotiating, and managing SME loans in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Providing expert financial guidance and support to clients throughout the loan process, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
