About the Role

This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with business leaders to drive growth and expansion.

  • The business development strategist will be responsible for executing business plans and strategies, including market research and analysis.
  • He/She will also be responsible for consolidating data necessary for management reporting and ensuring accuracy of information.
  • The role requires providing administrative support to the department, including preparing official documents for submission to authorities.
  • The business development strategist will also stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Responsibilities include responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner, processing lease documents, and updating leasing reports.
  • Additionally, the role involves conducting site visits to identify potential areas for expansion.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills to fill this role.

  • A diploma/degree in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 1 year of related experience is required.
  • Possess solid presentation skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of personnel.
  • Able to facilitate resources cross-functionally to support business development activities.
  • Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind and minimal supervision required.
