**Business Development Strategist** **Responsibilities**:

- To fully understand the business model of MPFunds.
- Meeting with CEO to discuss on business presentation topics.
- Develop, implement, and control effective Sales Plans in all target markets.
- Participate in identifying and implementing marketing strategies.
- Assess and analyze competitors’ information/trends to identify sales opportunities and business prospects
- Provide ad-hoc general administrative support when required
- Develop a set of SOP on Company Services and Customer Services
- To engage and interact well with the customers.
- To be a trainer/coach for the company.

**Business Development Strategist** **Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of presentation software and PowerPoint projection tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Have passion in trading.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the education and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close is preferred
- A self-starter who possesses unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy and the drive to maximize market opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
