About the Centre Manager Role

Lead and mentor a team of customer service professionals to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, extensive product knowledge, and excellent customer service skills to promote programs effectively.

  • Conduct daily outbound sales calls.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, sales/enrolments, and lead-conversion.
  • Cultivate team members through effective mentoring and ensure they meet individual targets.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Plan and execute sales activities and events to support team lead generation and conversions.
  • Retain existing customers through problem-solving and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Maintain or exceed assigned closure/conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments.
  • Develop and execute growth plans to achieve monthly targets.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Hiring Criteria:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in customer service with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Strong adaptability and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (bilingual/trilingual an advantage).
  • Goal-driven individual with ability to prioritize tasks driving centre growth.
  • Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with passion for customer service.
