This is a permanent, full-time role in our Contact Centre Operations department.
Main Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback across all business channels
- Elevate calls for new team members and outsourced contact centre
- Make outgoing calls to engage with new customers or follow-up with existing customers
- Perform other duties or projects assigned by Manager / Team Leads
- Tertiary Diploma
- A dedicated and service-driven individual with strong passion to help customers and deliver exceptional service
- Good understanding of customer journey and emotions at different touchpoints
- Collaborative team player with willingness to support others
- Excellent communication skills (verbal / written) with maturity and empathy
- Fast learner to pick up new skills / knowledge through training or guidance from senior team members
