Job Opportunity: Team Lead, Contact Centre Services

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Contact Centre team and oversee the productivity, performance, and service quality of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks including:

  • Collaborating with clients and vendors to develop training materials and ensure knowledge retention during training sessions.
  • Providing support and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and generating reports to track team performance.
  • Managing high-priority cases and working closely with the client to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Designing and implementing training programs to upskill the Contact Centre team based on provided resources.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in contact centres, customer support, and customer service functions.
  • A diploma/A-Level/degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient English language skills to communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications to analyze data and generate reports.
