Job Opportunity: Team Lead, Contact Centre Services
">- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Contact Centre team and oversee the productivity, performance, and service quality of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks including:
- Collaborating with clients and vendors to develop training materials and ensure knowledge retention during training sessions.
- Providing support and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintaining accurate records and generating reports to track team performance.
- Managing high-priority cases and working closely with the client to ensure seamless resolution.
- Designing and implementing training programs to upskill the Contact Centre team based on provided resources.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in contact centres, customer support, and customer service functions.
- A diploma/A-Level/degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficient English language skills to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications to analyze data and generate reports.
