Job Opportunity: Contact Centre Manager
Job Description:- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the contact centre, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.
- Client Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to understand their policies and service requirements, translating them into clear operational procedures.
- SLA Management: Accountable for meeting internal and client-defined SLAs, handling escalated or complex customer complaints and enquiries.
- Human Resource Planning: Oversee staffing levels to meet operational needs, including recruitment and training.
- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present regular management reports to monitor service quality and operational performance.
- Quality Enhancement: Participate in internal audits and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and compliance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant Contact Centre experience with 3 years of Management experience.
- Certification: Preferably with COPC Certification.
- Skillset: Demonstrated highly developed program management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and consultation skills, and negotiation and advocacy skills.
