Sales Growth Strategist for ESET DACH

Overview

ESET DACH is seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to lead client acquisition efforts, develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies, and define key performance indicators for evaluating and optimizing service sales initiatives in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities and develop a growth strategy for services across all segments (SMB, enterprise, consumer) and channels (direct, reseller, MSP) in the given region.
  • Align sales objectives with overall business goals and define key performance indicators for implemented plans.
  • Develop and implement programs, plans, activities, and propose new strategies to maximize services sales across all segments and channels in the given region.
  • Monitor and track sales performance vs target, analyze reasons for potential underperformance, and propose corrective measures.
  • Present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors' activities to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
