Job Title: Insurance Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Insurance Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support for the insurance department.

  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, printing, filing, and claims processing
  • Liaising with insurers to generate quotations
  • Following up on sent quotations to identify renewals or policy reviews
  • Attending to phone calls and email enquiries regarding general insurance needs
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum ITE qualifications and above
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • General Insurance Certification (BCP, PGI, ComGI) is an added advantage; candidates without experience are welcome to apply
  • Good reading and verbal communication skills in Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking clients on phone calls and email enquiries
