About the Role

The Business Services team is seeking an open-minded Insurance Support Specialist with a can-do spirit to be based in Singapore. This role primarily supports the Casualty/FinPro portfolio and involves frequent interaction and coordination with underwriters and other internal and external departments, both locally and internationally.

This includes preparing policy documentation, setting up and finalizing policies in various systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the Underwriting team with renewal preparation and endorsement triaging and preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare policy documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Set up and finalize policies in various systems.
  • Support the Underwriting team with renewal preparation and endorsement triaging and preparation.
  • Handle closings and contract changes.
  • Create and maintain records electronically, as required, in accordance with established guidelines and processes.
