
Insurance Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Manage customer complaints, resolve issues with insurance policies, and handle appeals.
- Identify and mitigate business risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Risk management and administration experience.
