Insurance Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance specialists, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external insurers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in business administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation and Sales Support:
    • Prepare high-quality client presentation materials, including policy illustrations and summary quotes.
    • Coordinate the submission of documents to insurers or internal departments.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Assist insurance specialists with printing and binding documents.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    • Arrange local and international couriers for timely delivery of client and insurer documents.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external insurers to support smooth case handling and processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance and/or banking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
