Job Title: Residential Building Project Lead

Job Description

As a Site Supervision Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all site activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

  • Monitor site works to guarantee adherence to method statements and work procedures.
  • Conduct quality inspections and quality control checks on materials used in the project.
  • Verify contractors' progress payments and ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
  • Report on project quality and progress to the project Quality Professional/Project Consultants Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervising residential building projects.
  • A Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES/ACES.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in institutional construction projects.
  • Conversance in statutory codes and requirements.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Project Details

This position involves working on a residential building project with a duration of approximately 34 months. The project will require strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project.
