Residential Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of site supervisors.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of residential construction projects, including review of design details and method statements
  • Site supervision and management of Site Supervisors
  • Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, authority requirements, and industry best practices
  • Safety management and risk mitigation
  • Team management and leadership
  • Digitalisation efforts in projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in site supervision and practical experience on site
  • Strong technical skills, safety acumen, and effective communication
  • Ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Willingness to work overtime

Desirable Skills:

  • Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy firm experience
  • Construction engineer experience with large contractor firms
