Residential Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled construction management professional to oversee the development of residential bungalows from foundation to final completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day building processes, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project delivery on time.
- Manage site workers, set schedules, and monitor performance metrics
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for timely delivery and compliance with contractual requirements
- Ensure overall site efficiency, smooth workflow, and adherence to project timelines and objectives
- Problem solve and troubleshoot issues that may impact project timelines or budget
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar field
- 4+ years of experience in construction or a related industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
