Job Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Construction Site Manager. This key role will oversee the smooth execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and direct the site construction team in achieving project objectives.
  • To coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.


Requirements:

This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in construction management. The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Residential Construction Industry. Familiarity with HDB Project Experience is highly desirable.
