Job Title: Residential Construction Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of residential construction projects.

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role in the construction industry. You will work closely with project engineers and managers to coordinate and oversee all works on the site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager in project planning and coordination;
  • Monitor and coordinate works with supervisors;
  • Handle technical and engineering problems;
  • Assist in planning, programming, and monitoring of construction works progress;
  • Liaise with clients' representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants;
  • Identify and assess any foreseeable risks arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities;
  • Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent;
  • Preferably degree recognized by Board of Engineers;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction industry (bonus);
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  • Knowledge of construction drawings, scheduling, cost control, and compliance.
