Site Supervisor and Quality Assurance Specialist.
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain site supervision quality & safety assurance systems.
- Conduct regular site checks on contractors and ensure compliance with health and work safety regulations.
- Manage site documentation, including ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions, etc.
- Ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client requirements.
- Assist in coordinating site activities, verifying contractor works progress, and claims.
- Work closely with professional engineers, regulatory authorities, and contractors to provide planning, coordination, supervision, and handover.
Requirements
- Degree in C&S Engineering with valid Resident Technical Officer (RTO) certificate from IES, Singapore.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' site working experience as RTO in Singapore for Civil Engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of Authorities and Client requirements and regulation for construction.
