Site Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of the construction team, the Site Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that all site works meet the required standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in quality assurance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with M&E Engineer and Superintending Officer Representation (SO Rep) to ensure compliance with design intent, approved drawings, and specifications.
- Verify installation methods, testing & commissioning, and materials used on site.
- Cordination of site works and assist in resolving M&E issues.
- Highlight discrepancies, deviations, irregularities and feedback site progress to relevant parties.

- Strong technical knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
