Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction projects. Your role will involve conducting regular site inspections to identify defects and reporting any issues found.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects in architectural, structural, and M&E works
  • Check finishes and record and report all defects found
  • Liaise with subcontractors or workers to ensure timely rectification of defects
  • Re-inspect completed rectification work to ensure quality compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holder in a relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient in English & Chinese (Both verbal & written)

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our construction projects.
