Site Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects in architectural, structural, and M&E works.
- Check finishes to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Record and report all defects found, with supporting photos and location markings.
- Assist in preparing defect lists, punch lists, or rectification reports for subcontractors.
- Maintain proper logs of inspection activities and rectification progress.
- Liaise with subcontractors or workers to ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Re-inspect completed rectification work to ensure quality compliance.
- Update the status of rectification work and escalate if repeated defects occur.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and relevant quality standards (e.g., CONQUAS, QLASSIC).
- Assist in ensuring workmanship meets acceptable construction and safety practices.
- Work closely with QAQC Engineer, site supervisors, and relevant parties to support overall quality management efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English & Chinese (Both verbal & written).
- Training will be provided.
