Job Title:
Sr. Full Stack Developer - Modernization Specialist

Description:
We are seeking a skilled system architect to design and implement modern public sector digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, React Native, and Golang.

Technical Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for secure data exchange and service integration.
2. Implement authentication, authorization, and data encryption mechanisms.
3. Design modular and reusable components for public service workflows.

Mobile Development:
1. Build cross-platform mobile applications for field agents and citizen engagement.
2. Ensure responsive UI/UX, offline capabilities, and multilingual support.
3. Integrate mobile apps with backend services and real-time data feeds.

Microservices & Infrastructure:
1. Architect and deploy microservices for high-throughput data processing and analytics.
2. Optimize concurrency and performance using Go's native features.
3. Containerize services using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes.

DevOps & CI/CD:
1. Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
2. Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
3. Implement logging, tracing, and alerting for production environments.

Security & Compliance:
1. Ensure all applications meet public sector cybersecurity and data protection standards.
2. Conduct code audits, vulnerability scans, and implement secure coding practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. Extensive experience in full-stack development.
2. Proficiency in: .NET Core (C#), React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript), and Golang.
3. Experience with: SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), OAuth2, JWT, and secure API design, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
