Job Summary

  • We are seeking a senior product manager to lead the development and delivery of our public sector digital services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with national priorities and public service goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities to enhance public sector digital services.
  • Gather insights from citizens, businesses, and government agencies to inform product development.
  • Understand and incorporate relevant policies, regulations, and national digital strategies into product planning.
  • Partner with various government agencies and departments to ensure product requirements are well-understood and meet stakeholders' needs.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on public sector goals and citizen needs.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and monitor post-launch enhancements and optimizations.
  • Set clear metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and public impact.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability by reporting on product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and project teams, promoting public service values.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team oriented towards public service excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on public sector or government projects preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using product management and analytics tools, and familiarity with government digital platforms.
