Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategist to spearhead our public sector sales efforts. This key role requires a strong background in IT services, with a proven track record of successful deal closures and the ability to drive solution-based selling in complex government environments.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain a robust and well-managed sales pipeline.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with government clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with delivery and operations.
  • Drive innovation in the sales process by improving workflows and adopting new tools.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex sales negotiations and managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services.
  • Proven experience in selling to public sector accounts.
  • Strong track record in selling platforms such as ServiceNow, Outsystems, Microsoft (Salesforce or Pega experience is a plus).
  • Excellent skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Ability to identify and qualify winning strategies for clients.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset focused on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
