**Must Have**
- 7+ years of modernising enterprise systems using microservices, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), API-first architecture, and CI/CD automation.
- 5+ years of experience integrating AI/ML-based services in production environments.
- 8+ years of work with cybersecurity and compliance models including Zero Trust and NIST in public or BFSI domains.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-wide architecture assessment and modernisation blueprints, especially in regulated sectors.

**Good to Have**
- Exposure to government enterprise frameworks (e.g., Singapore’s SG Tech Stack or IM8 guidelines).
- Recognized certifications in cloud (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect), AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure ML), or security (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).
- Experience participating in ASEAN-wide digital transformation forums or public-private digital innovation boards.

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Drive the design and delivery of modernisation-led transformation programs across Singapore and ASEAN.
- Lead cloud-native, secure-by-design architectures that support public digital service delivery and citizen engagement.
- Spearhead legacy system uplift and enterprise-wide modernisation for public services, BFSI, and retail sectors.
- Collaborate with CXOs and solution architects to define future-state architecture and secure digital platforms.
- Co-create solution roadmaps with ecosystem partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP, Oracle) tailored to compliance-heavy sectors.
- Respond to tenders, lead complex solutioning engagements, and support pre-sales planning.
- Run capability assessment workshops, rationalization studies, and modernisation playbooks.
- Contribute to national or regional digital strategies by aligning technology modernization to government policies.
- Represent the firm at digital government forums, CIO roundtables, and ASEAN tech events.
- Coach architecture and delivery teams in scaling agile and DevSecOps practices for modern environments.
