Director of Digital Platform Architecture

This leadership role oversees the architecture and engineering strategy for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of public sector tech needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement end-to-end architecture strategies for mission-critical systems.
- Build secure, scalable systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform compliance and integration with public sector standards.
- Mentor and inspire high-performing teams to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable systems.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ in senior technical leadership roles.
- Deep technical expertise in modern cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD tooling.
- Proven success scaling platforms in high-stakes or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of public sector tech needs, compliance (PDPA, MAS TRM, etc.), and integration standards.
- Be part of shaping a company's technology direction from day one.
- Work on technology with real societal impact – solving problems that matter.
