We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Housekeeping department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including staff attendance and overtime, pest control, landscape, room cleaning reports, Lost & Found, and Laundry/Linen records.
  • Coordinate the distribution of daily operational reports in line with company guidelines.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Communicate effectively with the Central Procurement Office for contract renewals and procurement-related tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and colleagues.
  • Evaluate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor guest requests, special room setups, and complaint resolution updates.
  • Manage inventory levels of office supplies, cleaning materials, guest amenities, and other essential items.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Perform periodic reviews and clear outdated reports, documents, and Lost & Found items according to data retention policies and hotel standards.
