Hotel Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Operations Manager. As a key member of the hotel management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily shift operations of housekeeping, including supervising employees, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, to ensure seamless guestroom maintenance.
  • Supervise the property's general cleaning schedule and inventory stock levels.
  • Assist in ordering supplies and equipment, and support the inspection program for all guestrooms and public spaces.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure understanding and follow-up on areas requiring attention.
  • Plan and manage departmental costs, participating in the achievement of budgeted goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and management skills, with experience in hotel operations or a related field.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping procedures, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
