Job Title: Housekeeping Department Manager
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping staff are thoroughly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

- Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to hotel grooming standards;">
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance;">
- Develop and implement procedures for routine tasks to enable employees to develop consistent work habits;">
- Co-ordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations;">
- Monitor and report any weaknesses in housekeeping operations and recommend corrective action;">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

- A Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent qualification; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training;">
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;">
- Previous supervisory experience preferably in Hotel Rooms Division;">
- Computer literacy is highly desirable;">
- Familiarity with Housekeeping Policies and Procedures;">
- Knowledge of the hotel's policies and procedures;">
