As a Service Excellence Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and attending to all guest inquiries, feedback, and complements with promptness and courtesy.
- Overseeing the housekeeping division, including liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensuring proper logging of incidents and taking necessary actions to avoid recurrence.
You'll also collaborate closely with the General Manager to formulate budgets and identify cost control measures.
In addition, you'll prepare reports for management and develop training plans to train the team to deliver consistent top-notch service standards.
