About the Role:

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, human resources, business administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training and development, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
