Service Excellence Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Excellence Training Manager to join our team at Maybank. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, human resources, business administration).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training and development, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
