Membership Program Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and launching a comprehensive membership program that drives engagement and retention. This includes developing lifecycle marketing strategies to segment customer databases and personalize marketing efforts.

  • Design and implement a robust membership program with the goal of increasing member loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and vendors.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in loyalty marketing & membership operation, preferably in consumer goods or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of managing both online and offline initiatives, with expertise in EDM tools and CRM platforms.
