Senior Customer Advocacy Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our customer loyalty strategy.

  • Loyalty Program Strategy: Develop and implement effective loyalty program strategies, including segmentation, tier structures, benefits, and engagement models.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as member growth, repeat rate, point utilization, and campaign ROI.
  • Partnerships: Plan and execute strategic partnerships with travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners to enhance the loyalty ecosystem.
  • Rewards Catalog: Develop and execute rewards catalogs to ensure a seamless redemption experience for customers.
  • Program Execution: Oversee the execution of loyalty programs and promotions, including support and testing of system enhancements, app updates, or campaign set-ups.
  • Customer Engagement: Leverage technology to elevate customer touchpoints, ensuring customer engagement experiences are consistent and optimized.
  • Policies and Procedures: Maintain all policies and procedures related to approved program activities and campaigns in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty marketing or CRM.
  • Skills: Proven experience in delivering high-impact loyalty initiatives with measurable business outcomes, proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirable.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
