Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and spend conversion at multiple locations. Your expertise in developing strategies, designing marketing campaigns, securing partnerships, and analyzing data to inform business decisions will be invaluable to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-scale loyalty programs, overseeing membership acquisition, cross-partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis, and budget management. Additionally, you should be skilled in developing acquisition and retention strategies, member engagement programs, and end-to-end marketing campaigns.

You will also be responsible for securing and managing affiliate partnerships and sponsorships to leverage analytic insights of the database. Effective stakeholder management skills, both independently and under pressure, are essential in this role.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent, with a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, is required. A track record of securing and managing an affiliate partnership network is also necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial in this position.
