**We are looking for an Apple IT administrator in our Singapore office to manage our fleet of employees' laptops and their security and compliance.**

**The IT administrator of our dreams would**:

- Ensure our managed software packages are kept up to date
- Ensure devices OS are kept up to date
- Provide some support to employees for technical issues, in-person and remotely (we are a distributed company with half of the team based outside of Singapore)
- Improve our internal documentation to help users to fix their issues by themselves
- Investigate and propose solutions to improve our automation and devices security
- Help improve our Data Loss Protection
- Manage our hardware stock and health
- Help create various users accounts and accesses via our in-house automation tools and improve them.

**You are a good fit if you**:

- Love Apple hardware and have a good knowledge of macOS
- Have at least a couple of years of experience managing a fleet of devices at scale via an MDM solution, and are familiar with Apple Business Manager and DEP.
- Have some scripting knowledge
- Like having some autonomy, are willing to learn and improve
- Have experience securing macOS systems

**Would be a plus but not necessary**:

- Experience with JAMF Pro
- Some knowledge of tools such as Ansible, AutoPkgr, Cososys EPP, Avast cloud
- Some experience with advanced firewalling in macOS
