Job Overview: Customer Marketing Specialist (Customer Retention)

We seek a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our customer retention strategy and drive loyalty through data-driven initiatives.

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies under the My Sony Rewards program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage performance-driven campaigns
  • Analyze customer behavior and develop targeted marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Marketing: Plan and execute lifecycle email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Campaign Management: Own the CRM campaign calendar and ensure timely, relevant communications

Data Analysis: Monitor and report on CRM performance using Power BI, SQL, and CDP platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

3-5 years of experience in CRM, customer retention, loyalty marketing, or digital marketing roles

Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and CDP systems
