Job Title: Professional Construction Cost Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Construction Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the tender and contract document administration, taking of quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of submission, negotiation and procurement of materials and equipment during project duration, preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting, and assisting the project team in letter/report writing and correspondences.
