Mechanical and Electrical Estimator - Construction Industry
We are seeking an experienced estimator to provide quantity take-off, cost estimates, and contract administration support in tender exercises.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction industry practices and procedures, including estimating, budgeting, and project management.
- Quantity Take-Off: The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and estimating quantities of materials required for construction projects.
- Cost Estimates: The candidate will provide detailed cost estimates for construction projects, taking into account various factors such as material costs, labor costs, and overheads.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
