Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform quantity take-off from construction drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities based on latest drawings and site revisions.

  • Prepare cost estimates and budget planning for tender and ongoing projects.

  • Evaluate and verify subcontractors' claims and quotations.

  • Monitor project cost against budget and report cost variances.

  • Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants.

  • Assess Variation Orders and supporting documentation for submission.

  • Procure materials and subcontractor packages, including sourcing and comparison.

  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and project managers to ensure costing accuracy.

  • Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts.
