This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, seek solutions, and manage patient cases in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be able to coordinate with both customer-facing and non-customer-facing cross-functional partners to rapidly address customer issues.
You will work closely with internal teams, including quality, supply chain, and other departments, to execute the process and resolve issues. Additionally, you will participate in regular check-ins and meetings with the team and lead coordination efforts between multiple parties, including providers, physicians, and their staff.
