Job Title: Strategic Proposal Development Lead

The successful candidate will oversee the development of high-quality proposals that align with customer expectations and support business objectives. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead proposal development to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Analyze customer requirements in collaboration with Business Development teams.
  • Support proposal development for Mega Projects and Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, including Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with internal capabilities and external customer requirements.
  • Respond to RFPs by articulating our value proposition.
  • Manage stakeholder communications throughout the proposal lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper documentation, cost estimation, risk identification, and pricing strategy are embedded in proposals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in digital solutions, preferably in industries like Oil & Gas, Material, and life sciences.
  • Relevant experience in ICSS systems and major automation vendors.
  • Domain knowledge in ISA95, ISA88, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Industry 4.0, MES Best practices, and Data Security.
  • Strong technical writing skill with ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
